Isabelle Onkelinx has more than 30 years’ experience in the payments industry and is a subject matter expert in Dispute Resolution Management. Having previously spent 28 years establishing and managing Mastercard Europe’s disputes, chargebacks and arbitration team, since 2020 Isabelle has been assisting merchants, issuers and acquirers in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their disputes management processes, thus reducing associated costs and losses.
Isabelle delivers customised training to disputes and chargeback staff, as well as undertaking focused diagnostic reviews of an organisation’s related processes. Isabelle is an accredited trainer for Visa University, regularly delivering Dispute Resolution workshops across Europe and CEMEA, and is fluent in French and English.
