Collections Segmentation and Strategies
The aim of the course is to give the basic knowledge and understanding of how to define the strategies for a Collections function.
The building concepts of successful collections are introduced and clearly explained through examples:

Clear explanation is given of how those concepts are closely related to each other and how they should be seen as tools to achieve effective collections strategies.
Examples and case study scenarios are used to illustrate the development of segmentations and strategies.

Further topics covered include regulatory constraints, measuring performance and champion challenger strategy testing and evaluation.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply a simple framework to develop basic and advanced strategies to any Consumer Credit product.
